1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the phtaya 16 website, mobile-optimized platform, games, betting markets, payment services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the phtaya 16 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phtaya 16 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the phtaya 16 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya 16 Login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phtaya 16 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

phtaya 16 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select Visa/Mastercard instruments. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may be adjusted by the Player through the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard.

All funds deposited into your phtaya 16 account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational purposes. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.

• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting phtaya 16 support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phtaya 16 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• phtaya 16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the phtaya 16 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to phtaya 16 immediately.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Registering more than one account on the phtaya 16 Platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaya 16 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of phtaya 16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phtaya 16 Platform without the prior written consent of phtaya 16. Unauthorized use of phtaya 16 intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya 16 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phtaya 16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, phtaya 16's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

phtaya 16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya 16 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

phtaya 16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phtaya 16 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10. Termination and Suspension

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable fraud investigation. phtaya 16 will not be liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority in the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phtaya 16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phtaya 16 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the phtaya 16 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phtaya 16 support.
